FS10N SAP Tutorial


HOW TO START SAP

1.     1.   Type the key in the command field. (Ex.fs10n)

1.      2.  Click the arrow key in the G/L Account.
1.      3.  Copy the accounts in your excel & click copy in your SAP.

1.     4.   Click the ‘execute key’

1.     5.    After executing this screen will appear. Click line 6.

1.      6.    After clicking line 6, this will appear on your screen.

1.      7.   Move your cursor on ‘system’. Click list, save and choose the local file.

1.      8.   Click the ‘check’ and find the file where you should save your data.








GD13 SAP Tutorial

1. 1.      Encode “GD13” to your command field then click the “EXECUTE” symbol to start.

1.    2.    Insert all the necessary data and again click the “EXECUTE” symbol.


1.    3.    You can choose all the necessary data when you click the “LAYOUT” symbol. Then click the “CHECK”      symbol to see the synchronize data.

1.   4.     Then, after getting the desired data you can save the table by moving your cursor in the task bar and select the “EXCEL” symbol. Save your file.




FBL3N SAP Tutorial

    1.     Type FBL3N then click ENTER.


2   2.     Input all the data on the cell. Then click the EXECUTE symbol.

3.    After getting this data, Click the CHANGE LAYOUT to get all the necessary information you needed.

4.   You can transfer the values you needed & remove the other values. Use the arrow button to do the               action. If you are finish, click COPY to perform the desired outcome.

5.   You can now have the raw data. Just click the SYSTEM, choose the LIST, then SAVE and choose the         LOCAL FILE.
